CONDITIONS OF SALE

• Buying process

The individual costumer can place his order on monstersbyc.com 24 hours a day, every day of the week.

The buying process consists of several simple steps:

1. Choose the selected products signaling, when it is possible, the options of colour, fabric, etc. …

2. Add the product to the shopping cart and if you wish, continue shopping.

3. To confirm the purchase it is necessary to be identified, either with your username and password, that are strictly personal, or, if you are a new user, by filling all the compulsory information that appears in the questionnaire.

4. Signal clearly the information necessary for the delivery, particularly the precise address. Different delivery address or billing address can be signaled.

5. Proceed to the order payment in the encrypted payment interface, which will formalize definitely the selling contract that joins you to MonstersByC.

• Confirmation of order

Orders will be placed through the site.

Placing an order entails the complete acceptance of the prices, the description of the available products on sale and the present selling conditions.

The customer should provide a valid email address, with which MonstersByC can confirm the reception and acceptance of your order, under discretion that the address signaled in the form does not contain mistakes.

The customer should verify and confirm the information provided. MonstersByC could not be considered responsible of possible mistakes on the information entry and the consequences in terms of delay or delivery failures. In that context, all the costs generated for the return will be on charge on the customer.

MonstersByC reserves the right to cancel an order if there is no response payment obtained from the customer. Deliveries will be made upon receipt of payment, within 1-3 business days (except weekends and national holidays).

PRICES

All the prices are signaled in euros (€) and they include VAT where it is applicable.

These prices are subject to changes without previous notice.

All taxes, duties and customs duties will be paid by the customer according to the current legislation. The amount of these taxes varies according to the declared value in the amount in euros of the invoice and depending on the country and must be paid on receipt of the delivery.
