Shipping costs

I only charge you what I need to cover the postage and packaging costs. Everything is calculated according to weight and value at the end of the checkout process.

I send the products through the Belgian Post (Bpost).

Delivery costs include in every case the value added-tax (VAT), but no other tax, fee, duty or surcharge. Please note that international orders may be subject to import/value-added taxes that are beyond my control.

I make sure the item is very well and securely packaged, however I take no responsibility after the item has been sent.

Delivery period

We post the packages 1-3 business days after the payments is received.

Shipping : to Belgium: 1 - 2 working days.                             

                   : to EU + USA + CANADA : 3 - 10 working days.             

                   : other countries: 5 - 20 working days

Delivery periods are estimated, MonstersByC is not responsible of any delayed on the delivery caused by the courier company. Take into account that placing your order in periods of high workload, like the previous weeks to Christmas, the delivery can be delayed more than usually.

Returns

Any product bought at monstersbyc.com can be returned within the following 14 calendar days from the reception date. Except the product that are customised with an embroidered name.

Please note:

• Please return all items in top notch condition, with tags.

• The cost of returning the item(s) is your responsibility, as is the item, until it reaches us.

• We will offer an exchange or refund, please let us know which you would prefer.

• Refunds are credited to the same account and in the same manner as the original purchase, when I have received the returned goods.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or I've made a mistake with packing at Monstersbyc HQ.

• Communicate your return by sending an email to hello@monstersbyc.com  The returns that have not been previously communicated will not be accepted.
